Rodolfo GuerraRodolfo Guerra pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering in The George Washington University. While a graduate student, he developed the largest and most comprehensive finite element model of a vehicle available to the research community.  Javier PortocarreroMr. Portocarrero received a degree in Civil Engineering from the University Ricardo Palma (Peru) and has worked for some of Peru's leading heavy construction companies. For the past 10 years, Mr. Portocarrero has been involved in projects worth over US$40m.  Jack PennyMr. Penny is a development professional with over 15 years experience in management of residential, commercial, and hotel construction projects. Some of Jack's areas of expertise include: pre-development, civil coordination, scheduling, budgeting, safety programs and value engineering.
